Do you charge for a discovery call?
No, the discovery call is complimentary. Choosing a social media manager is a big decision since you are literally putting your business’ platform into another person’s hands— the last thing you should be worrying about is a discovery call charge!

Do you offer discounts?
Absolutely! I offer discounts for Referrals. For each client onboarded that you refer directly to MBM, you will receive 10% off your upcoming month’s services.

As a business owner and operating manager for previous establishment, I know first hand how valuable — and mores, limited — your time is. Our communication will be collaberative, efficient, elaborate, and effective.

Do you offer hourly rates for social media management?
While I offer hourly a la carte services, I only offer set rates per month for social media management.

Do you offer photography/videography?
I certainly do!
While photography or videography are not included in any of my management packages, you can choose this as an “add on” service (See “Services” tab). This way, you get content on your own terms and business’ needs.

Do you offer custom media management packages?
Absolutely. I’m more than willing to collaborate to see if my services can fit your needs. Simply fill out the contact form on this website, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

How quickly is the turn around time from onboarding to management?
Depending on the package agreed upon, initial onboarding can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks.

If I sign a contract with MBM for social media services, how involved do I have to be?
As involved as you’d like. Some clients prefer to be more collaborative and hands on, and others are comfortable with allowing creative freedom and chime in when there’s feedback.

How long is the commitment to MBM?
MBM’s contracts require a three month commitment, and will remain active until stated otherwise.
The three month requirement is to give your platform time to adjust and flourish with the organic growth and management.
If, at any point after three months, you would like to discontinue services through MBM, a written 30 day notice must be provided.

I've used other social media managers before and it didn't get me what I was looking for. How will MBM change my next experience?
Three words = Efficient. Experience. Effective.
I follow up on a scheduled basis depending on your preferences (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc) on how my services are perceived by you, your business and your community. I make sure I follow up with direct questions such as:
What did you like about the posts between (date) and (date)?
What did you not like about the posts between (date) and (date)?
Are there any upcoming events or promotions you would like me to focus on?
Is there any additional information or feedback you’d like to share?
Asking direct questions allows for clear answers. Simply put, I want to serve your business seamlessly, and I embrace constructive feedback.
